Fox Cities Chamber Presents Manufacturer of the Year Award to C3
Technology and innovation are the keystones to the success of three Fox Cities Area firms that have been recognized by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. At its annual meeting Wednesday at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton, the Chamber presented its 2005 Manufacturer of the Year Awards to C3 Corporation, Surface Mount Technology Corp., and J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.

The Manufacturer of the Year Awards were again sponsored by Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP.

This rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering company relies heavily on local businesses and provides high-paying, knowledge-based jobs to local professionals at its new state-of-the-art technology center in Appleton’s Northeast Business Park. The 18,000 square-foot building provides 7,200 square feet of office space and 10,800 square feet of manufacturing space, with room to grow on both sides of the operation. The company increased its employment from 15 to 29 in a year’s time.
