What We're Looking For
Customer Service Experience
Your customers are mostly internal teammates in the Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales departments, but customer service skills will be a major asset to your success. You’ll often serve as a liaison between these teams. This type of experience in a technical field is a plus!
Computer Literacy & Database Know-How
We’ll need you to be well-versed in spreadsheets, as well as willing and able to learn new systems for data entry and report generation.
A Clear Communicator
In order to best serve this team, you’ll need to be able to work with many different types of people and offer help in a constructive manner. You should be a professional in all your written and verbal communication.
High Level of Organization
Because of the variability of this role, we’ll be counting on you to stay organized and make sure the influx of tasks headed your way are done timely and well so we can get information back to the rest of the team.
Attention To Detail
Being attuned to the details is critical. We need someone who is a great listener – someone who can pick up the details and think quickly to offer solutions. We’ll also need you to be a diligent record keeper.
