C3 is experiencing tremendous growth. With the number of our machines in the field increasing weekly, our Service Team is busy! For continued success, we need a Service Administrator to help us process machine parts orders and respond to service requests from our customers. You’ll spend a lot of time using our CRM & ERP systems, both for data entry and continuous improvement of the related processes.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact when our customers call with service or parts requests. You’ll then be responsible for logging the details of their request and passing that information along to our parts, engineering, or service teams. We’ll need you to stay organized, act quickly, and communicate accurately. If you have a technical background, even better – you’ll often need to take detailed notes and relay technical issues our customers are experiencing to the rest of our team. To close the loop, we’ll also need you to be proactive about updating customers on the status of their parts and service requests. In other words, you’ll be a key player in creating exceptional customer service experiences for our clients!
