About JJ

JJ works as a Service Technician for C3. This allows him the unique opportunity to travel for installations and service visits. His background in the Army as a generator technician combined with his electrical engineering technologies degree allowed him to advance his career from an electrician to a service technician role. Customers get the opportunity to meet JJ onsite when they visit for their machine runoff, and again at their facility when he arrives to help with installation and training. JJ works on the C3 support team in servicing machines for their livelihood as well. His holistic view of our machinery makes him a great ally for customers.

I enjoy working as a service tech because I get to travel to many different places. Interacting with a lot of different people also brings me joy. I don’t just do the same things in the shop every day, I get to help customers in a variety of ways.
