COVID-19 Response Page

C³ will use this page to keep our community informed of our ongoing plans to help contain the spread of COVID-19.

Update: July 31, 2020 at 2:43pm

C³ is open and has resumed installations and on-site services to locations without travel restrictions. On Thursday, July 30th, 2020 Wisconsin Governor Evers made face masks an official mandate for indoor or enclosed areas in Wisconsin. In response to this order, C³ will require masks to be worn in our facilities for all employees and visitors.

For visitors arriving at C³, we require a short survey to be filled out regarding previous contact or travel history. We also require a temperature check, upon which having normal temperature you can enter our facilities. Masks will be required by all visitors a this time.

Update: March 25th, 2020 at 1:26 pm

C³ remains open during the State and local government Shelter-In-Place orders as an essential business. We are operating with an essential on-site staff as well as remote employees. We continue to abide by the CDC guidelines for social distancing and cleanliness during operations.

Our support team continues to be available to help you. Please reach out to [email protected] as needed and our team will continue to assist per standard.

We will continue to ship parts and consumable products (like film) as ordered. Our previous communication below on machinery shipment and travel restriction information is still in place.

In this time of need, we have also extended our support to other businesses and organizations that can use our resources during this time to help the greater community. We appreciate your trust in us. Feel free to contact your account manager with any concerns.

Update: March 18th, 2020 at 9:08 am

Beginning today, 3/18/20, we will no longer be sending any technicians or C³ employees to customer sites for visits, service, or installations. We will also not permit visitation to our C³ facilities during this period. At our facilities we have adopted stricter hygiene measures and reduced chances of physical contact, and those who’s positions can be done remote have been instructed to do so. We hope with this restrictive travel and entrance policy, as well as our internal measures, we can keep you and our employees safe and reduce unintended spreading of the disease.

If you have planned installation, runoff, or other services, or are scheduled to receive a machine in the near future, please contact your Account Manager for more information.

We are continuing operations at this time and will continue to provide remote support for service, parts, film orders, and machinery needs. Please take advantage of our support channels and email any requests to [email protected] and our team of technicians and engineers will assist you as usual.

We will continue to abide by recommendations by the CDC and will update you with our next steps on 3/30/20.
