About Alex Z

Alex focuses on engineering process improvement and designing manufacturing system layouts. He helps the mechanical engineers in lamination and compression work together to create effective modular designs. He also has an alliance with the business development team to help with line layouts and customizations for clients.

His favorite part of engineering design is the problem solving. He enjoys the process of how to create solutions for challenges manufacturers face. To him, the reward is in finding a process that works and is repeatable so many can benefit from the solution. Whether it’s a new machine design or helping on a support case, Alex works to use new insights to prevent future downtime and develop new maintenance tricks or upgrades.
