About Tyler B
Tyler is the first person you’ll see after a machine purchase. He is the guru behind the phone making sure machinery is installed on time, customers are getting the support they need, and C³ machines in the field stay up and running.
He loves trouble shooting problems and helping customers keep their machine running at full capacity. The key for him is listening to what customers are struggling with and working to best understand their situation so he can help find a solution. Tyler’s role is full of managing many detailed tasks and uniting people around customer support cases. He appreciates being a part of a team that’s always willing to help out and full of youthful energy!
My favorite part of my job is installing new machinery. It's a chance to help a new customer who hasn't yet worked with our team, or it's another chance to reconnect with a current customer.
