Product Overview
Put Compressed & Rolled Packages Into Boxes With Ease With The Boxline
The boxline addition lifts the final rolled package to waist height and conveys it on a table where an operator can assist it into a box. It is an ergonomic solution to finishing the final packaging step of boxing the product.
How The Boxline Works
Convey
The conveyor shuttles finished product up to waist height so the operator doesn't need to bend down and grab the package.
Box
Operators guide the product into the box as it conveys out of the machine. The speed is determined by a foot pedal the operator manages.

Boxlines improve ergonomics and make it easier for your operator to handle finished product and get it into the final package. If you don’t use a boxline, the product drops from the roll cage to the ground and will need to be picked up by a fork lift or operator.
