How The Boxline Works

Convey

The conveyor shuttles finished product up to waist height so the operator doesn't need to bend down and grab the package.

Box

Operators guide the product into the box as it conveys out of the machine. The speed is determined by a foot pedal the operator manages.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to use a box for packaging in order to use a boxline?

No! The boxline is perfect even if you don’t use boxes yet still want to improve ease of loading finished product onto a pallet for inventory.

The boxline can also be used for some bag packaging, but check with us first!

What happens if I don't use a boxline?

Boxlines improve ergonomics and make it easier for your operator to handle finished product and get it into the final package. If you don’t use a boxline, the product drops from the roll cage to the ground and will need to be picked up by a fork lift or operator.
