We’re officially one-week out from making our international debut at Interzum 2017!
We’re excited to open our booth and share what we’re working on. Not only will visitors see live the machine that’s changed the way mattresses ship in the industry, they’ll also see the release of our newest add-on and its outcome. (We want to tell you, but you’ll have to visit our booth!)
But don’t let our international hype fool you, our machines have already made the journey overseas. While it’s our first time exhibiting at the international level, it’s not our first time working with overseas customers. We currently support machines in 7 different countries, including Australia. We’re no strangers to what it takes to work in the global market. Our machines are serviceable by VPN and the CF1396 and BC2396 are CE Certified.
In our booth, you’ll see our CF1396 Compress, Fold and Roll machine. This piece of equipment is what allows queen-sized mattresses to fit into a 15” x 15” x 44” box and easily ship. By infeed conveyor, a mattress passes to compression. It then continues forward to fold and conveys to the roll cage. At multiple points along this path, a recipe controls the metrics of each stage. Things like compression height, diameter and number of wraps can all be controlled via the recipe an operator selects on the HMI screen.
Also at the show, we’ll show a compressed and rolled foam block. A similar process as with mattresses, foam blocks pass through to compress and roll into a package. What’s unique about the C³ machine is the full pass-through design. This allows blocks to continuously run through the machine, as the entry and exit points are on opposite ends. The machine can also pass a compressed block off the conveyor, skipping the rolling step. This makes the machine versatile to give you options when handling foam blocks in your facilities and while shipping.
