Our Field Services Team is available to assist with regular onsite maintenance as well as unexpected onsite maintenance services. These services include machine inspections to assess any preventative measures, wear and tear or adjustments. Rewards can be used for the time spent onsite, as well as travel expenses.
Train your operators and maintenance teams how to care for and interact with your equipment. We can provide one-on-one training for maintenance staff to develop an optimal maintenance schedule, provide maintenance training and offer maintenance materials.
In operations, our team can help operators with HMI interactions and navigation, teach staff to create new recipes using the equipment or how to prepare for new products.
Request assistance with new product development and trials through troubleshooting services. Our technicians can help your team with new product testing, product recipe development and implementation. We can also help in machine performance, assessing rates, cycle times, material waste and other measures.
Our Maintain, Train and Troubleshoot services are scheduled in four-hour time blocks.
When you purchase a C3 machine, you’re equipped with a spare parts bill of materials. Our team can help you plan for spare part purchases, leveraging your budget with the best parts for preventative maintenance on your machine. We assist with defining common spare parts across multiple assets to maximize your investment. Your rewards can also be used towards spare parts purchases.
Spare parts planning is scheduled in two-hour time blocks.
